Requirements for new accounts include:
- Company Info
- Billing Address and Contact
- Delivery Address and Contact
- Type of Company (corporation, partnership, etc)
- Sales Tax Information
- Credit Information (for invoice billing) including:
- Bank Account Information
- Property Information (rent/own)
- Dun and Bradstreet (if available)
- Four Trade References
- Credit Card Information (for non-billing accounts).
- Authorized Signature.
